That is one of the main reasons we moved from NY to Puerto Rico. I was sick and tired of the cold and snow but I do miss the nice fall weather and the smell of fall leaves and a coal burning stove. I will be going to NY next month so I will get a bit of that and then come home to the warm weather. So Yeah!!! The best of both worlds.
